Our Butner facility has state of the art equipment, such as:
- Mazak Super Turbo-X 2500W Laser (cuts up to .75" thick carbon steel with .006" tolerance)
- High Definition Plasma Cutter (cuts up to 1.5" thick carbon steel with .030" tolerance)
- 175 Ton, 12'L Programmable Press Brake
- 4'L Amada Press Brake
- Amada 345 Turret Press Punch (for perforating and notching)
- Power Roller for flat rolling sheet metal up to 1/2" thick
- Tube Roller for round or square tube up to 2"
- Lathe and Mill for Light Machining
The TSI mobile fleet consists of Service Trucks, Generators, and Bobcat welders (with 100' leads). We also have mobile plasma cutting and field finishing/polishing equipment. This enables us to Tig, Mig and Stick weld and finish product wherever needed.
TSI is listed by NSF as a certified builder of custom products for the food service industry and can provide in-house fabrications. We can also provide on-site welding and fabrication services that are not just NSF compliant, but completed by an NSF listed entity, which is often a requirement of local Health Departments.
